Matt Diamond is the Vice President of Information Technology for Secureworks, a world leader in security solutions that enable clients to prevent, detect, rapidly respond to and predict cyberattacks. Since taking this role eighteen months ago, Matt has led the transformation of the IT business. He and his team are modernizing, enabling, and accelerating differentiated capabilities that deliver better client and employee experiences, and underpin Secureworks growth.
Matt has been a part of Dell Technologies for the last 18 years in roles ranging from supply chain, process transformation, strategy, and manufacturing operations. Matt and his family lived in Singapore for three years while he worked to enable Dell’s China supply chain, and also lived in Germany for educational purposes while pursuing his degree. He holds a patent, and has received the Platinum Award three times, Dell’s highest internal award for excellence. Matt has a passion for charity work and has worked extensively with multiple charities both as a volunteer and board member focused on the eradication of domestic violence.
Matt has degrees from Michigan State University in Mechanical Engineering and German Language, along with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas.
