Christina Critzer

Christina is the Senior Vice President, Intelligent Automation for SunTrust Banks, Inc. Christina leads and inspires a team in the technology delivery of business capabilities spanning Document Management and Archival, Business Process Management, Robotics and Cognitive Automation to enable the business to better serve our clients.

Christina’s outcome based, customer driven experience in the technology industry focuses on relationships, change, program & project management, operations and process re-engineering. Christina has a B.S. in Management Science from Virginia Tech an M.B.A. from Regis University and holds certifications as a SAFe Agilist, PMP and ITIL Service Manager. Prior to joining SunTrust, Christina worked for The Home Depot providing innovation and deployment of store technology, process efficiencies, quality and testing. While at The Home Depot, Christina was a founding member of the I.T. Women’s Leadership Forum. Christina also held the position of Information Systems Business Manager at the
entrepreneurial, Virgin Atlantic Airways. In her free time, Christina serves as Vice President and Board of Directors for Women in Technology (WIT), a non-profit organization passionately advocating for women of all ages in Georgia’s STEAM community as well as Board of Directors for Technology Association of Georgia (TAG). She also serves as an Executive Advisor for WIT on Campus, President of the Homeowner’s Association and Financial Coach for Operation Hope.
